commit-rewriter 0.2 Adds Branch Support

Simon Willison released commit-rewriter 0.2, adding support for branches other than the default. Users can now run the tool against another branch with uvx commit-rewriter --branch other. The update, tracked as issue #3, gives developers more flexibility when rewriting commit history across parallel workstreams.
