Fake Cop Pulls Over Tesla, Calls Real Police

An Arizona man allegedly used a Chevrolet pickup with red-and-blue dashboard lights to pull over a Tesla on Interstate 17, then called the real police and waited for troopers to arrive. He was arrested and charged with impersonating a police officer.
