Ontario Dementia Task Force Launches Care Roadmap

The Alzheimer Society of Ontario and the Brainwell Institute launched the Ontario Dementia Task Force, funded by the Weston Family Foundation. The task force will co-design recommendations to integrate dementia care services, map coordination gaps, and assess system readiness for a provincial infrastructure model.
