MiiR sues Tesla over tumbler lid design

Seattle drinkware maker MiiR sued Tesla on May 28 for allegedly copying the lid design and vertical logo of its 360 Traveler Tumbler. The lawsuit claims Tesla's On The Road Tumbler infringes a design patent granted in February 2024. MiiR seeks an injunction and Tesla's profits.
