PowerToys may add in-app Alt-Tab feature

A PowerToys developer proposed AltWindowCycle, a new module that lets users press Alt + ` to switch between tabs inside a single app. The feature works like Alt-Tab but is scoped to the current application. It is still in development and not yet confirmed for release.
