Chat SDK adds Sendblue support

Chat SDK now supports Sendblue through a vendor-official adapter. Developers can build bots that send and receive iMessage, SMS, and RCS via Sendblue's hosted gateway. The adapter maps conversations to Chat SDK threads and supports tapbacks, typing indicators, and delivery status callbacks.
