Researcher Nightmare Eclipse released ShieldBreak, a Microsoft Defender zero-day exploit bypassing the RoguePlanet patch CVE-2026-50656. It grants SYSTEM privileges on fully patched Windows 11 25H2 and Windows Server 2025 with a 100% success rate. Windows 10 remains vulnerable but unsupported.
