Intel 14A Within 5% of TSMC A14

Intel Foundry chief Naga Chandrasekaran told KeyBanc that Intel's 14A process will land within 5% of TSMC's A14, without saying which node leads. Intel projects 14A gains of 15% to 20% over 18A, while TSMC claims 10% to 15% for A14 over N2, implying a wider gap than Intel's own estimate.
