Ford Rehires 'Gray Beard' Engineers After AI Falls Short

Ford hired 350 veteran engineers, including former employees, after AI and automated quality systems failed to deliver desired results. COO Kumar Galhotra said the company brought back technical specialists to hunt for failure points before parts reach the plant floor.
