Ford Halts F-150 Output on Parts Shortage

Ford paused F-150 production at its Dearborn, Michigan and Kansas City plants from September 24 through September 29, 2026, citing a supplier parts shortage. About 3,500 Dearborn workers were told to stay home, and Kansas City canceled 15 F-150 shifts since September 1. The halt hits Ford's best-selling truck amid falling sales.
