Ymir Sega Saturn emulator gets speed boost and fixes

Ymir, a Sega Saturn emulator for Windows, Mac, and Linux, received update v0.3.2 with dozens of bug fixes and a reworked audio pipeline that improves performance by around 25%. CPU microoptimizations add a 10, 15% boost for CPU-heavy games. The update also enables virtual CPU overclocking up to 500% and underclocking to 25%.
