Cloudflare Workers Adds Post-Quantum Crypto Support

Cloudflare Workers now supports post-quantum algorithms ML-KEM and ML-DSA in Web Crypto, behind the webcrypto_modern_algorithms flag. Developers can experiment with quantum-resistant key encapsulation and signatures without bundling separate implementations. The initial release covers ML-KEM-768 and ML-DSA-44, with larger variants also available. This provides building blocks for the post-quantum transition, though not a full migration path.
