IGL Deploys AI to Check CNG Certificates

Indraprastha Gas Limited has deployed cameras and artificial intelligence at ten Delhi CNG stations to scan number plates and verify cylinder hydro-test certificates against the PESO portal. Non-compliant vehicles are denied fuel and staff alerted via handheld terminals, LED boards and announcements. The system runs alongside manual checks and will expand across IGL's regional network.
