Google adds local Documents backup on Android

Google is rolling out new Android backup settings that let users toggle SMS, MMS, and RCS message backups on or off. A new local Documents backup feature automatically saves downloaded files to Google Drive. All Android data now counts toward Google Account storage, increasing backups by about 40 MB on average.
