Google Chrome tests AI Mode bypassing Search

Google is testing a Chrome flag that sends users straight to AI Mode instead of standard Search. The flag appears in the latest Chrome Canary build on desktop platforms but not mobile. Typing a non-URL query in the omnibox redirects to AI Mode. Google explicitly states this is just for exploration with no current plans to push it live.
