Hermes Agent Ships Async Subagents for Non-Blocking Delegation

Nous Research shipped an update to Hermes Agent that makes the delegate tool run subagents asynchronously, so delegated work no longer blocks the parent chat. The parent agent spawns isolated child agents with their own conversation and toolset, returning only the final summary. Users enable it by running `hermes update`.
