Pennsylvania advances all-day school phone ban

Pennsylvania is moving toward a statewide bell-to-bell cellphone ban in public schools for grades K-12. Gov. Josh Shapiro wants the companion bills finalized and sent to his desk. Students with problematic smartphone use may struggle initially but most adapt over weeks to months.
