Microsoft's August Patch Tuesday fixed 421 vulnerabilities across Windows 11 25H2/24H2, 23H2, and Windows 10, including an exploited Windows Ancillary Function Driver for WinSock elevation of privilege zero-day. The update also patched a publicly known Windows User Profile Service flaw and added File Explorer, Windows Hello, Voice Access, and touchpad improvements.
