Gurugram-based used-car platform Spinny has made a confidential filing with Sebi for an IPO targeting Rs 3,000-3,500 crore, split roughly equally between fresh capital and an offer-for-sale by existing investors. The company, which competes with SoftBank-backed Cars24, plans to use the proceeds to expand its footprint across India.
