QSOE 0.1 is the first public release of a unified two-kernel operating system inspired by QNX Neutrino. QSOE/N runs on the custom Skimmer microkernel, while QSOE/L runs on seL4. Both variants share an identical userspace and build system, targeting 64-bit RISC-V hardware.
