Germany accelerates Northvolt asset sale to Lyten

Germany moved Northvolt Drei Project GmbH into state control to accelerate Lyten's takeover of the Heide project. The US battery maker agreed a €60 million acquisition price with KfW and the German government. The deal transfers the developed industrial site and procured equipment, not a functioning factory.
