Temple's first validation study found its brain flow metric tracked cerebral blood-flow velocity changes recorded by transcranial Doppler ultrasound in 23 healthy adults. The preprint, submitted for peer review, showed a median correlation of about 0.8. The study does not establish clinical efficacy or absolute blood flow measurement.
