Taiwan's Keelung District Prosecutors' Office detained an Nvidia employee surnamed Chang on suspicion of falsifying business documents in an AI chip smuggling case. Investigators searched his home and desk at Nvidia's Taipei office. Nvidia has not been accused of wrongdoing.
