Riviera Partners buys AI recruiter Lateral Labs

Riviera Partners acquired Lateral Labs, an AI recruiting firm founded by ex-OpenAI recruiter Rob Infantino in 2024. The deal adds Lateral Labs' clients including Cursor, ElevenLabs, Runway, Scale AI, and Luma Labs. Financial terms were not disclosed. Riviera previously acquired Build Talent, Board and Technology, and Arete Partners.
