Ledger Donjon researchers used a laser pulse to reset Tangem crypto wallet card passwords without the old password or a backup card. The attack requires physical access, cutting the card open, and a $250,000 lab setup. Tangem cards cannot be patched, so every card carries the flaw permanently.
