Apple opens up iOS to third-party app stores in Brazil

Apple is allowing alternative app stores and third-party payment processing on iOS in Brazil after an agreement with the country's competition regulator. The Core Technology Fee for apps distributed outside the App Store will be 5 percent. Apple will require Notarization review for all apps from alternative stores.
