Blue Origin identifies New Glenn explosion cause
Blue Origin traced May's New Glenn pad explosion to the main oxygen valve on one BE-4 engine, confirmed by hardware recovery. CEO Dave Limp said small valve modifications will be retrofitted to existing engines, with updated hardware ready by month's end. ULA will apply the same fixes to its BE-4 inventory.
