Microsoft targets 8GB RAM for Windows 11

Microsoft is optimizing Windows 11 memory for 8GB PCs, reducing the baseline footprint. Executive VP Pavan Davuluri outlined four new improvement areas, including faster setup, better parental controls, and more natural voice interaction, amid a memory shortage and declining PC shipments.
