Tekever raises $580M at $6.4B valuation

Lisbon-based Tekever closed a $580 million Series D at a $6.4 billion valuation, led by UC Investments and Baillie Gifford. The defence drone maker, which employs over 1,500 people, will fund international expansion, manufacturing, AI systems and acquisitions. It was selected for the UK MoD's Corvus programme, worth up to £400 million over ten years.
