Meta's Muse AI Uses Human Call Agents

Meta is testing its Muse AI agent's outbound call feature with human call center agents handling some calls, 404 Media reports. Internally, Meta said it added a human agent layer and is dogfooding the feature. Employees warned of privacy risks and negative PR, noting testers were not told a human made the call until afterward.
