LiveKid acquires Aldea

Poland-based childcare management platform LiveKid acquired Aldea, a Monterrey-based software provider for daycare centers in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. Financial terms were not disclosed. The acquisition expands LiveKid's Latin American footprint. Aldea will continue operating under its brand, with Jorge Dzul leading regional operations and Luis Garza Sada joining the board.
