LiveKid acquires Aldea to expand in Latin America

LiveKid, a preschool management platform, acquired Aldea, a software provider for early childhood education centers in Mexico, Colombia, and Chile. The deal is LiveKid's second acquisition of 2026. LiveKid now serves over 5,000 centers and 600,000 parents across 11 countries, processing more than $400 million in annual tuition payments.
