Canon Eyes India Semiconductor Boom

Canon India President Toshiaki Nomura said the company has held discussions with all key semiconductor manufacturers in India and plans to bring lithography machines and 24x7 service centres once projects are confirmed. Nearly 12 semiconductor projects are approved under the India Semiconductor Mission, including Tata Electronics' Dholera fab and Micron's Sanand facility.
