Google's AI Overviews describe entries from the SCP Foundation fan-fiction project as documented fact. The AI presented SCP-565 as an ambulatory human head and SCP-426 as a toaster that forces first-person speech, without noting the fiction disclaimer. Futurism found at least 20 such cases.
