ECB Chief Blocked Binance EU License

ECB President Christine Lagarde personally intervened to delay Binance's MiCA license application in Greece, citing concerns over dollar-based stablecoins undermining the digital euro. Binance withdrew its Greek application in mid-June after regulators stalled the previously complete request.
