Tesla Patents Four-Fan Downforce System

Tesla was granted US patent 12,746,987 B1 for four electric ducted fans in the rear diffuser that suck the car to the road at any speed. Filed January 2024 and drawn on a discontinued Model S, it is Tesla's second fan car patent in a year, arriving two weeks before an October 15 Roadster demo.
