CrossOver 27 drops Intel Mac support

CrossOver 27 requires Apple Silicon and macOS Sonoma or newer, ending support for Intel Macs and 32-bit gaming bottles. The developer stated that 97% of users already run macOS Sonoma or newer. CrossOver 26 will continue working on older hardware but may face compatibility issues with future updates.
