OpenAI Opens Daybreak Cyber Defence to Ukraine

Ukrainian teams get AI tools to find software vulnerabilities and test fixes faster, plus access to the GPT-5.6 Sol model. CERT-UA handled nearly 6,000 incidents in 2025, including attacks on hospitals, energy and telecoms.
