Blue Origin traced the May 28 explosion of its New Glenn rocket to a liquid oxygen valve in a BE-4 engine. The issue may affect United Launch Alliance's Vulcan Centaur, which uses BE-4 engines. Blue Origin plans to retrofit existing engines with modified valves by month's end.
