Blue Origin CEO: faulty valve caused New Glenn explosion

Blue Origin CEO Dave Limp said a faulty main oxygen valve on a BE-4 engine caused the New Glenn rocket explosion during a May static fire test at Space Launch Complex 36. Updated hardware will be manufactured by the end of this month, with a goal of flying again by year's end.
