Ford Mustang Mach-E May Not Get a Second Generation

Ford confirmed its new Universal EV platform will not underpin the Mustang Mach-E. The Mach-E, now Ford's only EV in the U.S. after the F-150 Lightning's discontinuation, will remain through at least 2027. Ford CEO Jim Farley said the company built its first-generation EVs the wrong way.
