Arm launched Neoverse CSS N4, a semi-custom chip platform supporting 8 to 128 Neoverse N4 cores at up to 3.8 GHz on TSMC's N3P node. It offers up to 256 MB L3 cache, 2 MB L2 per core, and 128 PCIe 7/6 lanes, doubling socket performance over Neoverse N3.
