Google confirmed via a support page that Gemini Skills are coming to free accounts, adding Google Drive and Notebook file imports plus sharing of user-created Skills. The expansion follows a Gemini banner announcing Gems will migrate to Skills starting November 17, which had left free-tier users unsure how their Gems would carry over.
