Ofcom Investigates Pornhub Over Age Checks

Ofcom opened an investigation into Pornhub parent Aylo on Sept. 22 under the Online Safety Act, announced yesterday, to determine whether the site uses highly effective age assurance to keep children off porn. Pornhub says it welcomes the probe, citing its Apple device-level age verification and 130 million daily visitors.
