Postgres 19 Beta 2, released 2026-07-16, introduces REPACK, an online table compaction command that absorbs VACUUM FULL and CLUSTER without locking tables for writes. JIT compilation now defaults to off. Eager aggregation and NOT IN anti-join optimizations ship. GA is expected September or October.
