Ford Adds Remote Killswitch to New Models

Ford expanded its remote engine start inhibitor to the 2026 Expedition, Bronco Sport, and Mustang Mach-E via the Ford Pass app. The feature, part of the Ford Security Package, lets owners block engine starts even if the key is inside. It also includes stolen vehicle tracking.
