Ohio Man Gets Probation for GPS Tracker on Pokémon Van

Kent Kubasta, 72, of Medina, Ohio, attached a Spytec GPS tracker to a Pokémon card delivery van on June 18. The driver found it during a Walmart delivery. He pleaded no contest to illegal tracking and was sentenced to 12 months probation, 90 days GPS monitoring, a $500 fine, and $905.50 total. He must avoid the driver.
