Supreme Court Demands CSAM Action Report

India's Supreme Court has given the government a final deadline to report what MeitY and the Law Ministry have done to curb child sexual abuse material on social media, and what safeguards they will adopt. The court will hear the case again on October 15, after Google and Meta agreed to report CSAM.
