macOS 27 Ends Rosetta 2 Intel App Support

macOS 27 Golden Gate is the final version with full Rosetta 2 support, ending Intel app compatibility on Apple silicon Macs. Apple confirmed the timeline at WWDC 2025. A subset of Rosetta will remain for older unmaintained gaming titles. Users running Intel-only apps have one release left before those apps stop working.
