macOS 27 ends Intel Mac and Rosetta 2 support

macOS 27, announced at WWDC 2026, drops support for all Intel Macs and removes Rosetta 2 during installation, preventing Intel apps from launching. Rosetta 2 can be reinstalled on macOS 27, but macOS 28 in fall 2027 will permanently remove it, ending Intel app compatibility entirely.
